Acceptable Use Policy
Website Builder Studio, a product of 1000x Digital LLC
Last Updated: November 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Website Builder Studio Terms of Service (the "Agreement") between 1000x Digital LLC ("Provider") and Customer. Capitalized words not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement. It says what Customer may not do with the Product. It applies to Customer, its Users and anyone Customer lets use its account or its API keys, and to everything published, uploaded or created with the Product, including everything Customer asks the AI assistant to create.
1. CONTENT THAT MAY NOT BE PUBLISHED OR GENERATED
- Anything unlawful, or that promotes unlawful activity.
- Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Deceptive content: false claims about Customer's business, fake reviews or testimonials, or invented credentials, licenses or results.
- Content that impersonates a real person, business or organization, or that suggests an endorsement Customer does not have.
- Deepfakes, or generated images of a real, identifiable person without that person's permission.
- Content about a real person or business that Customer knows to be false.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Malware, phishing pages, or pages built to collect passwords, payment details or identity documents under false pretenses.
2. RESTRICTED AND REGULATED BUSINESSES
- Customer may not use the Product for sexually explicit content or services, the sale of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, the sale of weapons, explosives or their parts where the law restricts them, counterfeit or stolen goods, unlicensed gambling, or content that supports terrorism or violent extremism.
- A business whose activity needs a license or registration (for example, a lender, an insurance agency, a law firm, a healthcare provider, a contractor or a seller of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis or firearms where the law allows it) must hold it, must follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to it, and must not claim on its site a license, registration or qualification it does not have.
3. SEARCH ENGINE MANIPULATION
Customer may not use the Product for doorway pages, scaled content abuse, cloaking, deceptive redirects, hidden text or links, link schemes, or any other practice that breaks Google's spam policies or Google Search Essentials, or the published policies of other search engines.
4. THE PEOPLE WHO CONTACT CUSTOMER
- Collect only the information Customer needs on its forms, and tell people why, normally in Customer's own privacy policy.
- Do not ask for sensitive information on a form: health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, biometric data or precise location data.
- Do not upload personal information about other people without a lawful basis to do so.
- If Customer sends texts or emails to the people who contact it (including text messages through Customer's own messaging account), Customer is responsible for their consent, for any carrier registration, and for following the laws that apply to text messages and marketing email.
- Do not send spam.
5. THE AI ASSISTANT
- Do not use the AI assistant to make decisions about people in regulated areas (such as credit, housing, employment, insurance or health) without proper human review.
- Do not try to make the AI assistant reveal other customers' information, Provider's internal systems or its instructions, and do not try to get around its safety rules.
- Do not state that content created by the AI assistant was created by a person.
- Do not use the Product, its output or the AI assistant to build or train a competing AI model or service.
6. THE PLATFORM
- Do not attack, probe, overload or scrape the Product, or try to reach another customer's account or data.
- Do not share sign-in details outside Customer's team, resell access without a written reseller or agency agreement with Provider, or create accounts to get around a limit or a suspension, or to obtain more than one free trial or promotional credit.
- Do not connect a domain that Customer does not own or control.
- Do not use the Product as general file storage, a file-sharing or download service, or a content delivery network for files that are not part of Customer's sites, and do not use it to mine cryptocurrency or to run any workload unrelated to building and publishing Customer's sites.
- Do not use the Product in breach of United States export-control or sanctions laws, or for the benefit of a person or country those laws prohibit.
7. API KEYS AND CONNECTED AI TOOLS (MCP)
Paid plans can create API keys that let an outside AI tool or application work with Customer's account through the Product's Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection.
- Keep each API key secret. Share it only with people and tools acting for Customer, and never publish it in a website, a public code repository or a shared document.
- Customer is responsible for everything done with its API keys, as if Customer had done it in the Product. Actions taken through a key, including building, editing, publishing and generating images, use Customer's usage credit at the rates shown in the Product, and a key can publish to Customer's live sites when a request confirms it.
- Revoke a key from within the Product as soon as it is no longer needed or may have been exposed, and tell Provider at once if Customer believes a key has been misused.
- Do not use an API key to exceed or get around the Product's rate limits, plan limits or approval steps, to reach another customer's account or data, or to run automated activity that this policy would forbid in the Product itself.
- Provider may limit, suspend or revoke an API key that is being used in breach of this policy or that appears to be compromised.
8. WHAT PROVIDER DOES ABOUT IT
Provider may remove content, take a site offline, revoke an API key, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy. Except where the law or the risk to the Product, other customers or the public requires immediate action, Provider will tell Customer first and give Customer a chance to fix the problem. If Provider suspends Customer's account, Provider will tell Customer why.
9. REPORTING A PROBLEM
Anyone who believes a site hosted on the Product breaks this policy or infringes their rights may tell Provider at hello@micrositegenerator.com, or by mail to 1000x Digital LLC, P.O. Box 700012, Plymouth, MI 48170-9998, with enough detail for Provider to find the site and the content. Provider will review each report and act on it. A complaint that material infringes a copyright should be sent as the Copyright and DMCA Policy at https://app.websitebuilder.studio/copyright describes, so that it can be handled under that policy.
10. NO DUTY TO MONITOR
Provider does not review everything published with the Product before it is published, other than the automated pre-publication checks, and has no duty to monitor Customer's sites or content. Provider may, but is not required to, review content and act under section 8 when it learns of a possible breach of this policy.
