Refund policy

We want the plan you're on to be worth it. Here's exactly how billing, cancellations, and refunds work — no fine-print surprises.

Your 15-day free trial is the risk-free window

Every plan starts with 15 free days. Your card isn't charged until 15 days after you add it. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing — there's nothing to refund because you were never charged. Trial sites may be taken down when you cancel and may not be available for download; the 30-day live window starts with your first payment, and downloading your sites opens after 45 days of paid subscription.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

After the trial converts, plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly, matching the billing term you chose. You can cancel online anytime from Billing — you keep full access through the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again after that. Canceling isn't deletion: after the paid period ends, your published sites stay live for 30 days and then may be taken down, and nothing is deleted (resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off).

Requesting a refund

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or something genuinely went wrong, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll make it right. We review every request individually and issue refunds where they're warranted. Because subscriptions are billed for a period of service you can keep using after canceling, we don't automatically refund an unused portion of a month or a year — but if your situation calls for it, ask, and a real person will look at it.

Usage credit

Usage credit you buy is prepaid. If a credit purchase was charged in error or twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. Promotional credit has no cash value and is not refunded. We don't automatically refund an unused part of a subscription, except where our Terms of Service or Data Processing Agreement provide for a refund.
