Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you create an account. They are written in plain English and describe what this service actually does today.

What the service is

Microsite Generator builds and hosts websites for your business. You describe the business, the platform generates pages, you review and edit them, and you publish when you're ready. You can connect your own domain.

Who can sign up

Accounts are for businesses with US operations, and this agreement is governed by US law. We ask you to confirm that when you sign up because we do not currently offer the service outside the US.

Your content is yours

The words, images and business information you put into the platform remain yours. You give us permission to store them, generate pages from them, and publish those pages on your behalf — that is what the service does. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for the accuracy of claims you make about your own business.

What our checks do and don't cover

Before a page publishes we run automated checks on the content we generated. Those checks look at page structure and headings, whether every image has alternative text and stated dimensions, text contrast against its background, that the page declares its language, and that the page's own claims and links hold together.

What that is not: it is not a legal review, not an accessibility certification, and not a guarantee about search rankings, traffic or leads. Automated accessibility checking covers a handful of the many criteria in the WCAG 2.1 AA standard — we tell you which checks passed and when, and we do not describe your site as conformant or compliant, because that is not a judgement software can make.

And it covers what we generate, not what you change afterwards. If you edit copy after a page is checked, those edits are outside what we checked. You can re-run the checks at any time.

Billing, trials and cancellation

Plans start with a 15-day free trial and your card is not charged until day 15. After that, plans bill monthly in advance. Some content generation is charged separately against usage credits you fund in advance; the cost is shown before you spend it. You can cancel in one click from Billing, and you keep access through the period you have paid for. The full detail, including how refunds work, is in our refund policy.

If you cancel

After your first payment, your published sites stay live for 30 days after cancellation, then come down. Nothing is deleted during that window — resubscribe and you can republish exactly as you were. If you cancel during the free trial, your trial sites come down immediately and are not available for download; nothing built in the trial is exported.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and personal information at any time. We delete your account, your sites, your leads and your conversations with the agent the moment you confirm it's really you, and we email you a confirmation. We keep a permanent log of account events — things like sign-ups, payments and publishes — so our billing and compliance history can't be quietly changed afterwards. It holds none of your site content and none of your leads.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to publish unlawful content, to impersonate someone else, or to attack the platform or other customers. We may suspend an account that does. If we suspend yours, we will tell you why.

What we don't promise

We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't promise any particular business result from publishing a site. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and a real person will look at it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we'll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
